Our Team

Jason D. May

As the founding attorney at May & Associates, Jason has earned the reputation as the best attorney in Southern Oklahoma. Never backing down from a fight, Jason zealously represents every client regardless of public perception.

In addition to Jason’s vast experience representing individuals charged with criminal offenses, Jason has also experienced the criminal justice system as a defendant. In 2023, Jason was falsely accused of committing the felony offense of filing false documents with a court by a vindictive former prosecutor. After a week-long jury trial Jason was cleared of any wrongdoing by a jury of his peers. This experience has given Jason a unique perspective that no other criminal defense lawyer in this area possesses.

Licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern and Western District of Oklahoma Federal Courts, the State of Oklahoma, the Chickasaw Nation, and the Choctaw Nation, Jason should be your first call if you are under investigation or facing criminal charges.
